Article Publication Charges (APC)

Open Scientific Publishers operate on a full open-access model. This means that readers are not charged for accessing articles — all published content is freely available online immediately upon publication. This model supports the broad dissemination and reuse of research under the terms of the "Creative Commons Attribution License". which allows users to share and adapt the work with proper attribution.

To support this, we charge a flat Article Processing Charge (APC), applied only upon acceptance of a manuscript following peer review. This fee contributes to all stages of the publication process, including editorial handling, peer review, production, hosting, indexing, and archiving.

* Authors who are unable to pay the full publication fee may apply for a discount. To maintain low overall publication costs, discounts are not granted automatically but are considered on a case-by-case basis. Priority is given to authors from developing or transitional countries. Each request is carefully reviewed to ensure fairness while supporting equitable access to publishing opportunities.
